Successful and growing mid-sized North Jersey peer-reviewed accounting firm looking for highly motivated individuals to join our high-net worth and small to medium sized business accounting practice.

Pay : $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

$5,000-$10,000 signing bonus

Education : Bachelor's (Required)

Experience : Accounting : 10 years (Required)

License / Certification : CPA (Preferred)

Responsibilities :

Preparation and review of high net worth individual and small to medium size business tax returns

Knowledge in gift, estate and tax-exempt entities a plus

Professionally manage all aspects of the client relationship

Prepare financial statements

Auditing experience a plus

Client communication and supervising firm staff

Offsite work at the client’s location

Requirements :

Active CPA License with 15+ years of small to mid-size firm experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and time management skills

Willingness to travel to clients

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Accounting / Tax Software, and MS Office products

Proficiency UltraTax a plus

Master’s degree in accounting or taxation is a strong plus
