Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine the go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with senior leadership

Oversee the Sales Enablement team and enhance the client sales process from lead generation to closing deals

Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance and manage sales process documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field

7-9 years of experience in sales operations and leadership

Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Previous experience in managing and developing a team
