Oregon Licensed Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and timelines

Oversee scope, financials, risk mitigation, and resource allocation across multiple projects

Serve as a primary partner to senior leadership, providing direction, status reporting, and recommendations for decision-making

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with formal project management methodologies in complex business and technology initiatives

Successful management of large-scale programs with budgets exceeding $10M and cross-functional teams

Strong background in budgeting, change management, risk management, and resource planning

Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate in a matrixed organization

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with 10+ years of project or program management experience; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
