[job_card.job_description]Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 services to ensure seamless identity, access, and device management. Monitor performance and implement best practices to strengthen cloud security and compliance. Support and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams to enhance communication and collaboration. Manage device provisioning, application deployment, and endpoint protection across the organization. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi infrastructure across multiple campuses. Maintain strong network performance and security through proactive monitoring and patch management. Troubleshoot VoIP issues and coordinate with vendors for escalated support when needed. 5+ years of experience in a System Administrator or similar technical role. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration. Working knowledge of Cisco networking and firewall management. Experience supporting or managing VoIP / telephony systems such as Avaya. Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks; relevant Cisco or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
