As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring therapeutic and safe practices according to established protocols. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will engage in assessments, implement individualized interventions, and evaluate their effectiveness, involving the patient and family throughout.
Key responsibilities include :
Recognizing significant changes in patient conditions and addressing them accordingly.Implementing strategies to enhance patient safety and learning.Coordinating discharge plans with a team-based approach.Contributing to quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient outcomes.Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Degrees :
