Optometric Super Technician

Join our dynamic and growing team at The Eye Center as an Optometric Super Technician! Were seeking an experienced and motivated eye care professional who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in optometry or ophthalmology, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows, diagnostic testing, and patient interaction. Applicants without prior experience in an optometric or ophthalmology office will not be considered.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient pre-testing and screenings
• Perform diagnostic testing, including ERG, visual field, and OCT
• Refract patients and assist the doctor in refining prescriptions
• Support doctors in contact lens fittings and new wearer training
• Manage patient check-in and check-out, including insurance verification and payment processing
• Collaborate closely with providers to maintain smooth and efficient clinic flow
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with patient inquiries

We are open 7 days a week so 2 to 3 weekends a month will be required.
