Location : Loves Park Family Dental

Schedule : Mondays from 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm | Tuesdays from 9 : 00am to 7 : 00pm | Wednesdays from 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm | Thursdays from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm | Fridays from 8 : 00am to 1 : 00pm

We are looking to add a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to our dedicated dental team. As an essential part of our practice, you will play a key role in creating a smooth and comfortable environment for our patients, ensuring high-quality care while supporting the dentist in both clinical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care & Comfort : Welcome and prepare patients for treatments or check-ups, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Assist with Procedures : Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for dental procedures. Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry and ensure the dental room is well-prepared for each procedure.
• Instrument Sterilization & Safety : Follow proper sterilization procedures and ensure that all dental instruments are sanitized in compliance with health regulations.
• Lab Tasks & Post-Operative Care : Assist with lab tasks as directed and provide patients with post-operative care instructions.
• Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, assisting with patient charts, treatment documentation, and payment procedures.
• Scheduling & Office Support : Assist in scheduling patient appointments and ensuring the office runs smoothly with minimal disruptions. Keep the dental room clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Regulated Tasks : Perform non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing, if certified, and assist with other regulated tasks as allowed by local regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and infection control protocols.
