Core Responsibilities
Move vehicles across the lot, into service bays, and customer parking areas.
Clean and prepare new, used, and serviced vehicles : wash, vacuum, top off fluids, charge batteries, and remove protective tags.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections : check for stains, damages, missing items, flat tires, low fluids, and battery issues.
Safely drive loaner cars and dealership vehicles for service pickups, deliveries, or customer shuttles.
Maintain key control : tag keys, return them to service advisors, and keep accurate logs.
Maintain lot and grounds : sweep, remove debris, control snow / ice, handle trash and general cleanup tasks.
Assist with parts pickup / delivery, shop cleanup, lot organization, and miscellaneous errands (coffee runs, retail restocking, signage, balloons, etc.).
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable handling automatic vehicles (manual a plus).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, perform physical tasks, work on your feet, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, reliable, and punctual.
