Position Title : Project Coordinator Location : Raytown, MO Employment Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire | $60-75,000 annually Overview : LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company in Kansas City, MO who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join the team. This role is critical in supporting project managers and ensuring smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, flagging potential risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
