Junior High Youth Pastor (Full-Time)
Location : VantagePoint Church - Eastvale, CA
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 + Health Insurance (if needed)
Hours : Full-time (40 hours / week, including Sunday morning services and Wednesday nights)

About the Role
We're looking for a full-time Youth Pastor who is passionate about discipling students, investing in leaders, and building gospel-centered environments where junior high and high school students can thrive. You'll work alongside our current youth pastor with a special focus on junior high, while contributing to the growth and direction of the entire youth ministry.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role-we want a leader who can build relationships, develop people, preach the Word, and lead teams.
You Will :
- Help plan and lead weekly Wednesday night youth services and small groups
- Take ownership of junior high ministry (events, camp, communication, discipleship)
- Teach and preach the gospel regularly in youth services
- Recruit, develop, and disciple adult and student leaders
- Assist with youth ministry communication, social media, and administrative needs
- Collaborate with the NextGen and church staff to support the overall vision of VantagePoint
