We are seeking a Vice Presidentof Developer Enablement to define and execute the strategy for how developers data scientists and architects master the C3 AI Platform. This is not a traditional documentation or training role. We need a technical leader who understands that in a complex PaaS environment contentis product.

You will lead the teams responsible for training documentation technical tutorials and training frameworks. You must be hands-on able to spin up the stack write code samples and understand Model-Driven Architecture at a fundamental level. Your mandate is to treat technical education as a scalability engine ensuring that our documentation and training are as world-class and robust as the software itself.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Define the vision for C3 AIs technical information architecture. Transition the organization from reactive content creation to a proactive developer-centric enablement framework.
• Content Engineering : Oversee the creation of highly technical documentation API references and architecture guides. Ensure content is accurate testable and automated where possible.
• Scalable Training Frameworks : Design and implement a certification and training ecosystem that can scale to thousands of external developers and partners.
• Hands-on Validation : Personally validate the Time to Hello World and developer journey. If a tutorial breaks you should have the technical acumen to diagnose why.
• Cross-Functional Alignment : Work in lockstep with Product Management and Engineering to ensure documentation is developed concurrently with new features not as an afterthought.
• Team Building : Recruit and manage a high-performing team of Technical Writers Instructional Designers Technical Trainers and Developer Advocates who hold themselves to the highest standards of technical accuracy.
