Texas Licensed Accounting Specialist

A company is looking for a Research Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Prepares routine billings to external sponsors for sponsored agreements

Gathers supporting documents for requests from sponsors and external auditors

Maintains grant master data elements and drafts financial reports for grant close-out

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

No prior experience required with a Bachelor's degree; four years of related experience if no degree

Proficiency in Excel

Detail-oriented with a compliance-driven mindset

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
