Responsibilities

• Deliver primary medical care with the highest standards and ethics
• Work in outpatient settings with an established hospitalist program
• Participate in shared call rotations with primary care colleagues
• Maintain a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays
• Practice in patient-centered medical homes with CPC+ status

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
