Assistant Medical Director / OB-GYN - Transformative Maternity Care Leadership

Location : Norwalk & Stamford, Connecticut

The Hire Source is proud to partner with an innovative, collaborative maternity care practice seeking an experienced, board-certified OB / GYN to serve as Assistant Medical Director . This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead, mentor, and help build a groundbreaking model of integrated, patient-centered maternity care in Fairfield County.

About the Practice

This pioneering group is redefining maternity care with a holistic, evidence-based approach that supports women and families before, during, and after pregnancy . Their model-centered on collaboration between OB / GYNs, midwives, and care navigators-has already delivered lower C-section rates, higher VBAC success , and exceptional patient satisfaction.

Services include Preconception, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Miscarriage, and Gynecology care , with a growing network of clinics across New York and now expanding into Connecticut.

Your Impact as Assistant Medical Director

In this leadership role, you will :

  • Deliver expert, compassionate care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Lead and mentor a collaborative team of OB / GYNs and midwives
  • Oversee clinical operations and contribute to program development and quality initiatives
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring within the OB / GYN residency program
  • Partner with leadership from Oula and Stamford Health to advance evidence-based, patient-centered maternity care

    • Position Details

  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (with on-call rotation)
  • Locations : Norwalk & Stamford, CT
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Compensation : Competitive salary + wRVU incentives, comprehensive benefits, and generous sign-on & relocation bonuses
