A leading healthcare organization in Laguna Beach, CA is seeking a full-time Supervisor, Echocardiography to oversee and coordinate the echocardiography services. This leadership role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a dynamic team while delivering exceptional cardiac imaging care.

Location : On-site in Laguna Beach, CA

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift

Pay Range : $85,000 - $115,000 annually

What You'll Do :

  • Supervise daily operations of the echocardiography department
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to sonography staff
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance programs
  • Perform advanced echocardiographic imaging as needed
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical staff to optimize patient care
  • Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations

    What You'll Need :

  • Completion of an accredited echocardiography program
  • Current RDCS credential or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in echocardiography with prior supervisory or leadership roles preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to quality patient care and staff development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
