A leading healthcare organization in Laguna Beach, CA is seeking a full-time Supervisor, Echocardiography to oversee and coordinate the echocardiography services. This leadership role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a dynamic team while delivering exceptional cardiac imaging care.
Location : On-site in Laguna Beach, CA
Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift
Pay Range : $85,000 - $115,000 annually
What You'll Do :
- Supervise daily operations of the echocardiography department
- Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to sonography staff
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance programs
- Perform advanced echocardiographic imaging as needed
- Collaborate with cardiologists and clinical staff to optimize patient care
- Participate in recruitment and performance evaluations
