Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer - Land Development (100-140k) DOE= PE or not

The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of civil engineering design tasks for residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on subdivision design and site grading.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in land planning and subdivision layout for development projects
• Prepare or oversee the development of due diligence reports
• Design and prepare engineering plans, including subdivision, grading, utility, and roadway plans, suitable for submittal to government agencies for permitting and approvals
• Draft engineering reports and studies (e.g., stormwater management reports, grading analyses, development impact studies) for agency review and approval
• Coordinate project work with in-house teams, clients, and external design professionals
• Provide construction administration, site grading review, and observation services throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; EIT considered
• Proficient in computer modeling software; AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Subdivision design and grading experience strongly preferred
