Key Responsibilities

Assist experienced tradespeople on exterior remodeling projects including siding, windows, and doors

Safely operate hand and power tools

Measure and prepare materials under supervision

Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols

Participate in demolition, prep, installation tasks, and site clean up

Learn construction best practices through active mentorship and field experience

Follow all instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efficiency

Show up on time, ready to work, and eager to grow daily

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in construction or general labor preferred

Strong work ethic and desire to build long-term skills in remodeling

Goal-oriented, eager to learn, and detail-focused

Physically able to lift materials, use tools, and work outdoors in variable weather

No formal education, license, or certification required

Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction
