Marketing & Content Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY :

The primary function of the Marketing & Content Coordinator is to craft manage and grow Banc Cards marketing presence across all channels. This role is responsible for creating compelling content maintaining a cohesive brand and supporting both the sales team and bank partners. The Marketing Coordinator combines creative design storytelling and strategic project management to elevate visibility strengthen relationships and fuel business growth.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and maintain marketing assets including flyers one-pagers trade show materials email templates and digital campaigns.
• Manage and optimize website content and social media channels (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Create co-branded materials for bank partners and associations that effectively communicate value and messaging.
• Support new product launches with targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Drive internal communications including announcements newsletters and highlight reels that showcase company successes.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect a consistent professional and compelling brand presence.
• Collaborate with sales partnerships and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor marketing performance and contribute ideas to continually improve engagement and reach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
