Inventory Planner

A large tech company is hiring an Inventory Planner to join an exciting Aerospace team! Must work onsite in Kirkland, WA.

We are seeking a dedicated Planner to join our rapidly growing team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth execution of production processes by coordinating material orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The Planner will work closely with engineers, planners, and warehouse teams to facilitate a seamless flow of materials and information.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.
• Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
• Execute a variety of purchase order in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports.
• Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing throughout the shift, which may involve bending, stooping, and twisting.

Work Environment :

This position is 100% onsite with shifts from Wednesday to Saturday, 4pm to 2 : 30am in Kirkland. Initial training is subject to take place in Redmond OR Kirkland Washington, with normal business hours expected during the training period. The role involves both computer-based tasks and physical responsibilities, with approximately a 50 / 50 split between the two. Flexibility to work at different locations may be required.

This is a Contract position based out of Kirkland, WA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
