Teaching Assistant Location : Dorchester Contract Type : Full-time, long-term (8 : 30am – 3 : 30pm)

We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a variety of schools across Dorchester and the surrounding areas. Positions are available on both a full-time and part-time basis.

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Assist in delivering personalised learning activities to individuals and small groups
• Work closely with teachers to implement effective strategies that promote inclusion and academic progress
• Observe, track, and record student development, offering feedback to assist with lesson planning and individual support plans
• Help create a positive, encouraging, and safe classroom environment About You - We are looking for someone who :

• Can adapt to the needs of different learners and work flexibly across the school
• Enjoys working as part of a team and can follow teacher guidance while using their own initiative

• An enhanced DBS check is required for the successful candidate
