Job Summary :

This is a role that strategically focuses on on-boarding and servicing of Avidbanks deposit and treasury management products to new and existing client segments to increase the share of wallet and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

Major Functions

• Support SVP, Treasury Management Sales in the acquisition and retention of business accounts
• Work with SVP, Treasury Management Sales to create and maintain reports for management
• Jointly consult with RMs and SVP, Treasury Management Sales on needs & offer advice.
• Jointly propose solutions, review & explain products / services.
• Prepare service proposal and pro-forma pricing.
• Follow through the implementation process to provide excellent client service.
• Proactively work with SVP, Treasury Management Sales and RMs to understand clients needs / problems and offer solutions to meet clients needs.
• Finalize transition from Sales to Service and complete overview of services.
• Ensure client is receiving appropriate charges for services provided.
• Special projects and other duties assigned.
