Our video-rich platforms welcome over 4.5 million people each year into important life transitions—and we need an experienced engineering leader to guide the talented team that makes it all work.

What You'll Actually Do
Leadership & Team Development (60%)
Guide and mentor a team of Web Developers in C#, .NET Core, and UmbracoConduct meaningful code reviews that improve quality and share knowledgePartner with project managers and producers to plan work and balance priorities across multiple client projectsHelp team members grow through regular feedback, career development, and technical coachingLead team rituals like standups, retrospectives, and knowledge-sharing sessionsTechnical Direction (40%)
Provide technical direction for new features and platform enhancementsStay hands-on with complex development work—integrations, performance improvements, challenging featuresWork with clients on implementation planning callsDefine and evolve coding standards, deployment practices, and branching strategiesTroubleshoot production issues collaboratively with other teamsProvide input on technical hiring, onboarding, and team structureOur Tech Stack
