VP of Product

A company is looking for a VP of Product to lead the product vision and strategy for a global payroll and contractor management platform.

Key Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for global payments, onboarding, billing, and worker experiences

Lead prioritization across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and tracking progress

Enable and mentor a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to achieve high performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; technical degree preferred

10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5+ years in B2B platforms

3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing cross-functional product groups

Proven track record of owning and scaling complex B2B SaaS products, ideally in fintech or payroll

Experience with third-party system integrations and data analysis using SQL or spreadsheets
