Clinic Director – Outpatient Clinic (Full-Time)

Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift Only (Flexible Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and efficient workflows
• Manage and support clinical and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic goals and initiatives
• Foster a positive and professional work culture
• Monitor clinic performance and patient satisfaction metrics
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff
• Serve as the point of contact for patients, staff, and external partners

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• BCBA certification preferred, but not required (especially if leadership/operations experience is strong)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical or operational leadership experience in an ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric healthcare setting
• Strong team leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
