Clinic Director – Outpatient Clinic (Full-Time)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift Only (Flexible Hours)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and efficient workflows
- Manage and support clinical and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic goals and initiatives
- Foster a positive and professional work culture
- Monitor clinic performance and patient satisfaction metrics
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff
- Serve as the point of contact for patients, staff, and external partners

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- BCBA certification preferred, but not required (especially if leadership/operations experience is strong)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical or operational leadership experience in an ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric healthcare setting
- Strong team leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for long-term commitment and professional growth within the company
