About the project

Fixpoint is hiring Labor Relations Specialists for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Labor Relations Specialists.

You're a good fit if you have experience with :

  • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
  • Investigate and evaluate union complaints or arguments to determine viability.
  • Propose resolutions for collective bargaining or other labor or contract negotiations.
  • Draft contract proposals or counter-proposals for collective bargaining or other labor negotiations.
  • Interpret contractual agreements for employers and employees engaged in collective bargaining or other labor relations processes.
  • or have similar experience.

    Requirements

    Must-have qualifications

  • Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Other Services (except Public Administration).
  • Native-level English skills
  • U.S. residency
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).

    Compensation & logistics

  • Hourly pay : $48 – $148 , commensurate with experience and project fit.
  • Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates
  • Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.
  • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
  • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
