Technical Designer

A company is looking for a Technical Designer to lead adherence to construction, quality, fit, measuring, grading, and decoration placement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of Tech Packs, ensuring adherence to global product standards

Conduct fit meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product meets design vision and standards

Monitor work in progress and maintain tracking and record-keeping for all technical design-related activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technical Design, Product Development, Fit Engineering, Pattern Making, or a related field

5+ years of experience in the sportswear or fashion industry with knowledge of garment construction

Proficiency in 3D development, preferably with CLO software

Technical knowledge of patterns, grading, measuring, and fabric construction

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment
