Experience working in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments. Experience with CAD model integration and offline CMM programming.

Position Summary :
As a CMM Programmer you will play a key role in ensuring that all parts meet exacting standards through advanced CMM programming and meticulous inspection practices. This role is ideal for someone with experience using Zeiss Calypso software, a strong understanding of GD&T, and a commitment to AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- CMM Programming & Operation :
- Create, optimize, and run CMM programs using Zeiss Contura with Calypso to inspect components with precision.
- Quality Control Inspection :
- Perform dimensional inspections on parts and assemblies to verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- GD&T Interpretation :
- Read and interpret Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) from blueprints and CAD models.
- Data Collection & Reporting :
- Document inspection results, generate reports, and escalate any non-conformances or quality issues.
- Use of Precision Instruments :
- Operate calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools for hands-on inspections.
- Quality Management Systems :
- Work within AS9100 and ISO 9001 frameworks to support audits, compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
- Troubleshooting :
- Investigate and resolve measurement discrepancies or CMM-related issues.
- Collaboration :
- Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
