Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The primary responsibilities include providing virtual clinical services, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and using evidence-based approaches to support clients in addressing mental and behavioral health concerns. The role also involves offering case management support, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and trauma-informed care for clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work
• Proficiency in Case Management and coordination of care
• Strong knowledge of Mental Health and Behavioral Health practices
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience with trauma-informed care and virtual service delivery
• Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with digital care platforms and basic technological proficiency
