Job Description :

Pay Range : $14.75hr - $19.75hr

  • The Medical Device Assembler is responsible for performing assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical catheters while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.
  • This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters under close supervision.
  • Maintain compliance and quality while following standardized procedures.
  • Clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to team members.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Follow all onsite safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure traceability and compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Handle and maneuver small components under a microscope.
  • Perform repetitive tasks such as grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
  • Sit or stand for extended periods during assembly work.

    • Requirement / Must Have :

  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Manual dexterity to work with small components.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ability to perform tasks under a microscope.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance and documentation accuracy.

    • Experience :

  • Experience in manual assembly of medical devices.
  • Experience using tools under a microscope for extended periods.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
  • Experience with hand soldering.
  • Experience maintaining both written and electronic documentation.

    • Qualification And Education :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
