Job Overview

The Meter Reader will accurately read and record commercial electrical, water, and gas meters for billing purposes using a smart phone (Android or iPhone). The meter locations are in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. Schedule will be 30-40 hours for one week, monthly. Starting pay $25.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform meter reads on commercial electrical, water, and gas Will also perform re-reads when necessary
• Clear photos of meters must be taken
• Readers should notate and / or inform management of any issues or changes that occur
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment and reporting all safety concerns
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Estimated Salary Range : $25 per hour (Plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement per above details)
