Position Overview :
We’re looking for an ambitious, well-connected Freelance Sales Representative based in Miami, FL (or anywhere in the U.S.) to help expand our client base.
Your role is simple : introduce U.S. companies that are looking to hire people or build teams , and either refer them to us or collaborate directly with our internal team to close the deal.
This is a fully remote, flexible freelance position — perfect for someone who’s network-driven, entrepreneurial, and interested in building residual income through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with U.S. businesses seeking to hire talent or outsource workforce operations.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and local business connections.
- Introduce potential clients to Pivot X services and facilitate warm handoffs to our internal team.
- Collaborate with Pivot X’s project managers and sales automation team to support deal closure.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (B2B preferred).Strong network in the Miami business community or broader U.S. market.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Familiarity with HR, staffing, or outsourcing industries is a plus (not required).Why Join us?
