Want a seat at our table? We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and creative UX Content Production Engineer to bring Ziosk’s guest‑facing experiences to life. In this role, you’ll transform customer requirements, marketing assets, and UX concepts into polished, dynamic experiences on Ziosk devices. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Project Management, QA, and Client teams to ensure every menu, layout, and campaign is executed accurately, delivered on time, and meets the high standards our restaurant partners expect.

The Main Course – Responsibilities

• Work closely with Creative Team, Marketing Team, Project Managers, QA, Client Managers.
• Track and follow tasks for all projects (Layout, Menu, Survey) in Jira.
• Develop and maintain innovative, engaging guest-facing experiences for various customers at Ziosk, using Ziosk user experience software tools.
• Help create Marketing campaigns and program the underlying data to match campaign requirements.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to implement UX solutions on Ziosk devices.
• Review customer requirements and develop the user experiences to meet wire frames.
• Manage dynamic content on Ziosk with content management systems.
• Program customer-specific configuration and skinning of assets to render on Ziosk.
• Work closely with the marketing creative team for the timely delivery of assets to meet customer delivery deadlines.
• Document UX change details and communicate to the Quality Assurance team for validation and approval.
• Maintain Wiki for menus and surveys.
• Collaborate with the Content Team to grow a documented knowledge base and help define and execute best practices.
• Maintain projects in the document repository in a clean and sustainable format.

What You Bring to the Table – Qualifications

• POS and Retail systems knowledge will be a plus.
• Testing background experience is a plus.
• Experience with JIRA and Atlassian tools is preferred.
• Understanding and experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies and operations.
• Knowledge and experience with Back of House menu item configuration preferred.
