Position Overview

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for immediate openings in Louisville, KY . As an LPN with Wise Medical Staffing, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of local assignments in long-term care, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities :

Provide quality LPN care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Monitor and document patient health, administer medications, and assist with daily activities

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements :

Active LPN license in Kentucky

Current CPR / BLS certification

At least one year of recent nursing experience required

Strong work ethic, compassion, and attention to detail
