If you thrive on precision, this role lets you own the process—from interpreting job layouts to delivering defect-free product. Picture this : a rush order hits the floor. You review the spec sheet, set up the Bobst platen or Heidelberg cylinder press, and fine-tune the make-ready. As the first sheets run, you pull predetermined samples from each load, spot a minor misalignment, adjust, and keep production humming—all while meeting Snyder’s safety and quality standards.

Your Impact

• Production Leadership (≈80%) : Make-ready, set, and run die-cutting equipment (Bobst platen and Heidelberg cylinder). Adjust settings and troubleshoot to achieve target quality.
• Tooling Precision (≈10%) : Set up stripping tooling with a pin setting table.
• Data & Docs (≈5%) : Enter production data and complete required forms.
• Care for Equipment (≈5%) : Clean machines and perform routine maintenance.
