Job Title

Brindar soporte administrativo para los procesos de pago manuales y por lotes del negocio de GE Healthcare. Realizar actividades de reporte estndar y regular. Garantizar el cumplimiento en la ejecucin de las actividades diarias.

What You Will Do :

  • Conocer, comprender y ejecutar los procesos de administracin de pagos.
  • Gestin de accesos (solicitudes, administracin de tokens).
  • Verificacin preliminar de primer nivel en el procesamiento y confirmacin de pagos (inicio, comprobante de pago).
  • Apoyar el proceso de autoevaluacin (self-audit).
  • Participar en pruebas relacionadas con el proceso de pagos.
  • Proporcionar datos para reportes (peridicos y ad hoc).
  • Colaborar estrechamente con asociados, analistas y analistas avanzados de pagos.
  • Realizar responsabilidades ad hoc asignadas por el lder del equipo.

What You Should Have :

  • Ser estudiante activo de Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administracin, o afn.
  • Estar por lo menos a 2 aos de concluir la licenciatura.
  • Ingls conversacional (tendrs mucha interaccin con el idioma hablado y escrito).
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo para cubrir tus prcticas profesionales en un horario de 8 : 00 am a 5 : 00 pm.
  • Inters en aprender sobre el rea de tesorera.
  • Conocimiento prctico de herramientas informticas, incluyendo Excel y Outlook.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicacin, tanto verbal como escrita.
  • Atencin al detalle y precisin comprobada.
  • Habilidades para la resolucin de problemas.
