Responsibilities

Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for prospective and existing clients.

Understand client needs through attentive listening and asking insightful questions.

Present and explain Allstate insurance products clearly and effectively.

Guide clients through the application and policy selection process.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Achieve individual and team sales targets through dedicated effort.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

Active Florida 2-15 or 2-20 Insurance License.

Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role.

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
