About the Opportunity:
- An innovator in health and professional education located in Boston, MA is currently looking to add an Academic Assistant to their growing team
- One of the most prestigious universities in MA with over nearly 200-year history, they have evolved to become the most comprehensive, health sciences university in the country
- Your role is to provide the faculty and deans of two programs with academic support for curricular and/or schools
Academic Assistant Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages school databases including data entry and production of reports
- Provides assistance with classroom technology, oversight, and proctoring
- Prepares and processes tests, surveys, and other forms of school evaluations
- Records and prepares typed reports, meeting minutes, memorandums
- Manages smartsheet data entry as needed for scheduling
Academic Assistant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience working in an office and/or academic setting
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication
