The general duties for this position :
- Time Keeping
o Ensure time keeping is being met
o Searching for corrections if needed
o Assure that timesheets are approved and submitted in a timely manner
o Review the Acknowledgement Sign off on Time Cards
o Running various reports to ensure accurate time keeping
o Assist in screening applications and scheduling interviews
o Requesting background checks (if applicable)
o Requesting login information for new personnel
o Review company information with new personnel
o Review and compile new hire packet with pertinent information
o Provide employee badges
o Enter new hires to system
o Process E-Verify
o Update basic employee information
o Create Personnel Files in HRIS (UKG / KRONOS)
o Maintain Personnel File in HRIS (UKG / KRONOS)
o Disable files for terminated employees
o Assist management with disciplinary action documentation
o Process changes in direct deposit
o Process pay adjustment forms
o Processing paperwork for employee termination
o Assist employees with basic general questions; escalate as needed
o Special projects
o Submits work related injury documents per procedure
o Assist with required compliance training for each state
o Coordinate of meetings / trainings
o May assist managers in the field with general clerical duties
Skills necessary for this position :

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
