Warehouse Coordinator

Description

Position Purpose  You will act as the sole coordinator of the LONG warehouse. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to :

• Develop and maintain warehouse organization and inventory processes.
• Manage Inventory Control, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipments, transferring; document recording and data entry into system
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory stock levels
• Maintain the tools database including tracking of tools
• Track and document the safety gear, including fall restraint and ArcFlash equipment
• Assist Purchasing when necessary
• Coordinate all required service and repair of service vehicles and maintain maintenance log for Branch vehicles
• Deliver equipment and parts to technicians on job sites, and or negotiated shipping as needed
• Facility Maintenance; interior and exterior
• Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
• Facilitate Periodic inventory counts of warehouse including van
• Offer general support for the entire Branch / Company on parts issues and warehouse needs
• Other duties as assigned.
