Summary :

The Finance Manger is responsible for managing budgeting forecasting and delivering comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to drive business performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze trends identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. With a focus on financial modeling problem-solving and supporting strategic initiatives this position is pivotal in guiding decision-making in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and cash flow reports for all business entities.
• Develop and present monthly and quarterly consolidated P&L Cash Flow and Balance Sheet reports.
• Create supporting documentation and perform capital expenditure analysis for upper management approval.
• Generate regular sales and operations reports highlighting key insights.
• Analyze sales margin and expense trends to identify patterns and recommend process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate with operation department leads to interpret business trends market environment and customer behavior across the value chain.
• Implement and maintain robust systems and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of actual and forecast data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to produce actionable reports and address business challenges.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations company policies and industry standards in all financial reporting and analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
