Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Your Responsibilities :

As an RN, you will :

• Float among various units, adapting to different workflows while delivering exceptional care.
• Implement individualized care plans, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Enhance patient safety and satisfaction by anticipating patient needs and adjusting care plans accordingly.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred).
• Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including a schedule of 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays per 6-week rotation.
