What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor the location for any suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and / or authorizations for entry into restricted areas as required by site policies. Support emergency response efforts as directed, including evacuation or lockdown procedures when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrol activities, incidents, and / or observations as required by Allied Universal and site management. Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and / or emergency responders as needed. Minimum Requirements : At least two years of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
