We are looking for a Chiropractor to join our team full time in Lewis Center, OH. We need a Chiropractor who focuses on finding the root cause of a patient’s health concern, someone who wants to step into leadership roles without all the hassle of owning their own business, an excellent adjuster to specialize in pediatrics and maternity and sports performance. A bonus if the incoming Chiropractor knows corrective curve work. Duties :

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging / documents / reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging / X-rays ( Marking spinal correction x-rays)
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment care plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, healthy lifestyle education workshops, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments- corrective curve work, Arthrostim, TRT analysis, Full spine adjusting, Thompson drops, Webster technique, pediatric adjusting, extremity adjusting , Fitting patients for corrective curve weighting system, rehab and various active and passive therapies and modalities
• Supervise and advise patients on exercises, and rehab
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• External marketing as needed
• Participation and lead communicator in workshops and events inside the office
• Build efficiency and effectiveness into existing operations, and help create new processes
• Attending Seminars to improve growth
