• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of banquets and special events
• Ensure proper set-up, service, and breakdown of banquet rooms

• Oversee event logistics, including audiovisual equipment, dcor, and timing
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas
