[job_card.job_description]Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Assist with prep work, plating, and kitchen tasks as needed Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff Adapt quickly to busy rushes and large catering orders 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen (soul food or catering experience a plus!) Ability to follow recipes and take direction Strong sense of urgency and time management Comfortable working in a team and under pressure Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Food handlers certification (or willing to obtain) Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within a growing catering business Family-style work environment with a supportive team Delicious meals during shifts
