Job Description

Bring your 1+ years of high-volume assembly work, your blueprint-reading confidence, and your expertise with hand and power tools, and step into a Mechanical Assembler II role where your skills directly help shape the future of flight. Aerospace assembly experience is highly preferred—but your drive to grow is just as important. You’ll start with foundational builds and quickly move into advanced assemblies, backed by training, support, and a team that wants to see you win.

This temporary-to-hire role offers the perfect runway to accelerate your career in a high-energy aerospace environment.

Mechanical Assembler II Job Duties :

  • Use small hand and power tools to assemble parts
  • Perform reaming or boring operations to install bushings
  • Drill holes and install rivets and fasteners
  • Apply sealants and adhesives to finished parts
  • Read blueprints to assemble parts

Schedule :

  • 1st Shift : Monday - Thursday, 5 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

    • Pay : $24-$27 per hour

    Mechanical Assembler II Job Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of hands-on assembly experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment

    • (Aerospace assembly experience is a big plus!)

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence
  • Strong knowledge of hand and power tools and the skill to use them safely and efficiently
