Buddies is hiring Full-time Packagers to join our production team in Shasta Lake, CA. This is a hands-on position in a high-volume environment where quality and consistency are key. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do :
- Accurately label and package cannabis products in accordance with daily work orders
- Maintain individual production quotas and meet daily packaging goals
- Assist with other production tasks such as fill station support, as assigned
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
- Arrive on time, ready to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols at all times
