About the Role : Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of our senior living communities. You’ll collaborate with leadership to provide insights, forecasts, and models that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Analyze cost projections and performance metrics
  • Partner with community leaders to support financial planning

    • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Prior experience as a Financial Analyst in the senior living or healthcare industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query)
  • Intermediate Power BI skills, including DAX formulas
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-directed with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
