What You'll Do
Capture phone sales from external customers by :Politely and properly answering, transferring ending all inbound calls
Listening carefully to customer's needs to determine their requirements and expectationsAttempting to get sales and proactively recommending items to increase satisfactionConsistently attempting to convert calls to salesSelling the appropriate products by understanding customer's specific needsProactively Attempting to sell accessoriesEnsuring the customer receives an order numberMaintain a satisfactory conversion rate of callsEducate clients about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfactionResponsibilities may evolve over time; employees may be asked to take on additional duties as needed to support business priorities.What Will Help You Thrive
